Romain Chollet

Romain Chollet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Romain started their career as an Assistant General Manager at Servair in 2013. Romain then worked as a Business Risk & Control Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from 2014 to 2016. After that, they served as a Business Developer at Azko from 2016 to 2017. Romain then joined Delane SI as an Account Manager for key accounts in 2017.

In 2018, Romain founded EYSLET, an engineering services company specializing in Systems Engineering, Workstations, and Networks. Romain successfully managed the company and secured clients such as Lagardère Active, Manpower, and AON France until 2020.

From 2019 to 2020, Romain worked in the recruitment industry. Romain was a Talent Manager at Gazprom Energy, responsible for gathering hiring needs and managing recruitment processes. Romain also served as a Tech Recruiter at Sopra Steria Vertical Banque, focusing on recruiting for banking clients.

In 2020, Romain worked as a Tech Recruiter at Singulart and later as a Recruitment Partner at Rockagency x Gojob, where they managed recruitment processes and teams, set KPIs, and defined business strategies.

In 2021, Romain joined GetPro as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in various roles, including Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for Ivalua #RPO and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Allianz Partners and Zefir #RPO. Romain was responsible for high-volume recruitment, implementing efficient processes, and achieving quick turnaround times. Romain also managed teams and collaborated with C-level and Director-level stakeholders.

Currently, Romain is working at Voodoo as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager focusing on casual gaming.

Romain Chollet began their education by completing their Baccalauréat Technologique in Sciences et Techniques de la Gestion at Lycée Henri Moissan in 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Lycée Henri Moissan again, where they pursued Classe Préparatoire Aux Grandes Ecoles with a focus on Economique et Commerciale option Technologique. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, Romain Chollet attended Montpellier Business School, where they obtained their Master 2 (M2) degree in Entrepreneuriat / études entrepreneuriales.
