Annie Yu

Annie Yu is a highly experienced finance executive currently serving as Vice President of Finance at VORAGO Technologies since April 2025. Previously, Annie held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Coherent Logix, Inc. from July 2020 to November 2023. At Dell, from April 2013 to April 2017, Annie was the Director of Financial Assurance, leading Dell's global SOX program and overseeing the Financial Assurance function, along with significant roles in internal audit and compliance across various regions.
