Stephen To

Stephen To has over 15 years of work experience in the field of applications engineering. Stephen currently holds the position of Director of Applications Engineering at VORAGO Technologies since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Silicon Labs for 15 years, starting as a Quality Assurance Engineer from June 2008 to June 2011. Stephen then transitioned to the role of Applications Engineer from June 2011 to October 2019. From September 2019 to May 2023, they served as the Applications Engineering Manager.

Stephen To has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
