Timo Stoopman

Timo Stoopman currently serves as the Directeur bestaand vastgoed at VORM Holding, where they lead dedicated teams in improving existing real estate through renovation, sustainability, and maintenance efforts. Previously, Timo held various roles including concept developer and project organizer at ERA Contour B.V., and served as a guest lecturer at both the Rotterdam School of Management and NRP Academie. Timo's early experience includes work as a trainee at Visser & Smit Hanab NV and as a building inspector for the Gemeente Nissewaard. Timo completed their degree at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2013 to 2015.
