Mark R.

Mark R. has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Vortex since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at HCL from March 2019 to May 2022. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Arqiva, where they held various roles including Software Consultant, Senior Test Engineer, and Integration/Monitoring Engineer - Digital Switch Over (DSO). Mark'sresponsibilities at Arqiva involved interface design for DVB-T2 transmitter integration, test and integration of DVB-T2 devices, and inventory data management for ARQIVA Digital Terrestrial Television (DTTV) estate. Before that, Mark worked at Scisys as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) Pathfinder (LTP) development and undertook ANSI C development and MISRA static analysis. Mark started their career as a Java Software Engineer at the UK Civil Service from September 2001 to September 2006.

Mark R. attended The University of Salford from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Computer Science. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Glos and earned a Master's degree in Ancient Hebrew.
