Felix Booth has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Felix is currently the Head of LNG at Vortexa, an energy analytics company specializing in AI and global energy flow analysis. Prior to this, Felix worked at ExxonMobil in various roles, including Senior Manager, Team Lead for Global LNG Analytics, Senior Advisor for Asia Pacific LNG, and Commercial Manager in Upstream Commercial. Felix also worked as a Corporate Planner and Senior Reservoir Engineer during their time at ExxonMobil. Before joining ExxonMobil, Felix worked as a Reservoir Engineer in US Production at ExxonMobil and as a Drilling Mud Management/Geo Technician at Hunt Drilling Co.

Felix Booth's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Petroleum Engineering from UNSW, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also participated in an exchange program at The University of Texas at Austin, where they continued their studies in Petroleum Engineering. In 2014, Felix attended Thunderbird School of Global Management for a short period to study Gas Business Fundamentals. Then, in 2016, they completed the Enterprise Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
