Ayca R. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ayca currently works at Vortexa as the VP of Customer Experience, Market Intelligence, and Analytics, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Market Intelligence and Analytics Operations from December 2021 to June 2022. From March 2019 to November 2021, Ayca served as the Head of Market Research at Vortexa. Before joining Vortexa, they worked at Argus Media as the Deputy Editor of the Flagship Daily Commodity Report from March 2017 to December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Commodity Price Reporter and Analyst from March 2016 to March 2017 and as a Commodity Price Reporter and Analyst from August 2011 to February 2016. Ayca also gained experience in the public sector through a traineeship at the European Parliament as a Communications DG Trainee from April 2008 to June 2008. Additionally, they completed a traineeship at Google in sourcing and recruitment from October 2007 to March 2008.

Ayca R. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and French from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Ayca then pursued an MSc in International Public Policy at UCL, attending from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Ayca R. has obtained certifications such as MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in February 2021, and International Affairs and Multilateral Governance (Intensive Summer Programme) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in July 2008.
