Simon Leclerc

Simon Leclerc has extensive experience in public service and economic roles. Currently serving as the Vice-président du conseil départemental at Conseil départemental des Vosges and as President of the board at Vosgelis since September 2021. Simon has been the Mayor of Neufchâteau and President of the Communauté de Communes de l'Ouest Vosgien (CCOV) since March and April 2008, respectively. Simon's prior experience includes working as a Chargé d’affaires pro at Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne from July 2005 to June 2008. Simon holds a Dess in Banking and a Master’s degree in Economics from Université de Lorraine.
