David Webb is an experienced training and development professional with a robust background in enhancing performance and customer experience within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Group Training and Performance Development Manager at Vospers Motor House Ltd since January 2018, David has implemented comprehensive training programs that improve sales and service training while focusing on employee engagement. Previous roles include Academy General Manager at Cambria Autos Plc, where operational excellence supported 1,200 associates, and Head of Inchcape Training Academy, where David achieved significant performance gains and improvement in engagement metrics. With a career spanning over two decades in various managerial positions, David has consistently driven results in training and development across multiple organizations.
