Dr. Steffen Lang, born in 1980, studied chemistry at the University of Konstanz and Tel Aviv University, Israel, where they earned a diploma in 2006. They completed a dissertation focusing on synthetic routes to biochemically active natural compounds before serving as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Cambridge from 2009 to 2012.
