Michael Kaemingk

Michael Kaemingk currently serves as the Interim Director of Research at Vote Rev, where they focus on applying behavioral design expertise to enhance voter engagement efforts. In their previous role as Deputy Director of Research Partnerships at Vote Rev, Michael supported the development of innovative strategies to aid progressives in elections. Prior to that, they contributed to the Behavioral Insights Team, leading efforts to improve government services through behavioral science and randomized controlled trials. Michael's diverse experience includes co-founding Scout and managing projects at Lumana, aiming to empower communities through social impact initiatives. They hold a BA in Economics with a specialization in International Development from Seattle University.
