Jade Mackenzie

Jade Mackenzie has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jade is currently serving as the Head of People & Operations at Vouch since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People at Vouch from May 2022 to May 2023.

Before their role at Vouch, Jade worked at Canva from January 2020 to December 2021 as the Lead | People Partnering. Jade was responsible for evolving the global HR Business Partnering strategy and overseeing a team of People Partners. Jade partnered with 2000+ global leaders and employees, delivering people strategies and driving business value.

Jade also held the position of General Manager APAC | Global Lead, People & Culture at Stackla from July 2016 to October 2019. Jade was in charge of the Sydney office's leadership and operations, as well as global People & Culture strategies. During their tenure, Stackla achieved notable accomplishments, including a high employee engagement score, positive company ratings, and recognition in various Best Places to Work studies.

Prior to Stackla, Jade worked as the Talent Strategy Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Australia and as the General Manager at The Sound Alliance. At The Sound Alliance, they had broad operational responsibility and also managed the People & Culture function.

Jade's career started at Fuzzy Events, where they served as the HR Manager. Jade was responsible for developing a comprehensive HR strategy and managing staffing for the company's events and tours.

Jade Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney. Additionally, Jade has received certifications from TTI Success Insights, including being DISC Certified, Emotional Quotient Certified, and Motivators Certified, which were obtained in June 2019.
