Youngjun Kim

YoungJun Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Country Manager and previously as Customer Success Manager at Vouch since January 2021, YoungJun has honed expertise in customer relations and operational management. Prior to this role, from August 2011 to January 2021, YoungJun held various positions at Pan Pacific Singapore, including Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Educator, and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included training program development, performance management, and guest services oversight. YoungJun’s foundational education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management from IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, completed in 2011.
