Vox Agora is a facilitation agency founded by two experienced changemakers. We help teams move through conflict, tension, and stuck conversations together.

We design and facilitate team days, deep-dive conversations, and trainings, and we support longer-term organisational change processes. Whether you’re facing internal conflict, navigating team tension, or needing to finally have that “difficult conversation” everyone is avoiding – we’re there to guide the process.

Our work is grounded in Deep Democracy, a facilitation method originally developed in post-apartheid South Africa to bring divided communities into real dialogue. Today it’s used worldwide to improve how teams communicate, make decisions, and work through tension. We bring these tools into organisations in a down-to-earth, practical way.

At Vox Agora, we believe that conflict is not a problem to be avoided, but a signal that something important wants attention. When teams learn to listen to what’s underneath the friction, they gain clarity, trust, and a stronger, more resilient culture.
