Clair Lorell

Clair Lorell is an experienced editor currently serving as the Editor for Eater New Orleans at Vox Media, Inc. since November 2018. Previously, Clair held the position of Conference Manager for Farm & Table New Orleans at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from May 2017 to December 2019. Prior roles include Director of the National Community News Literacy Project for the American Society of News Editors (December 2014 - May 2017), Executive Editor of Events at Digiday (May 2013 - June 2014), Assistant Editor at The Washington Post (March 2012 - May 2013), and Content Manager at The Atlantic (January 2010 - March 2012). Clair earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2008, and attended Tulane University from 2004 to 2005.
