Ajay John has worked for four companies since 2007. Ajay began their career at Sutherland Global Services as a Technical Support Specialist in 2007. In 2012, they moved to Charter BPO Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Quality & Compliance Analyst. In 2019, they changed roles to become an IT Support Specialist at Majorel. Most recently, in 2020, they returned to a Technical Support Specialist role at Vox Mobile.
Ajay John completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the School Of Management Studies, CUSAT in 2013, with a focus in Operations Management and Supervision. Ajay obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the College of Engineering, Kidangoor in 2007, with a focus in Information Technology. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Anexas Denmark.
