Christopher Silber has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. In 1989, they began working as an Operations Specialist, Quality Assurance, Resolution Desk, and General Domestic Reservations at American Airlines. In 1994, they took on the role of Operations Analyst at Fidelity Investments, followed by a Staff Planning Specialist role at American Express Travel Related Services in 1996. In 1997, they became a Senior Consultant at Avaya, where they consulted with clients regarding Contact Center performance and recommended procedural, technical and/or managerial enhancements to achieve desired results. In 2013, they joined Carousel Industries as a Call Center Consultant, and in 2019, they began working as a Customer Experience Consultant at VOX Network Solutions.
Christopher Silber attended North Carolina State University, where they studied Physics and Mathematics.
