Vox Vera® is a performance skills firm that trains lawyers, advocates, and leaders to show up fully under pressure.

Founded by law school lecturer, former entertainment lawyer, and accomplished stage performer Paul Marchegiani, Vox Vera develops the human performance skills that machines cannot replicate: presence, persuasion, voice, adaptability, and connection.

In an era where AI can generate content instantly, real influence increasingly comes from embodied authority, relational intelligence, and live responsiveness. Vox Vera helps clients translate their thinking into action — so their message lands with credibility, connection, and appropriate force without artifice.

Our work moves beyond traditional public speaking and executive presence frameworks. We focus on the physical and behavioral foundations of communication: how leaders enter a room, listen under pressure, respond in rea

We work with:

• Top litigators and trial teams seeking greater courtroom presence and persuasiveness.
• Transactional attorneys looking to build executive presence, negotiation skills, and client connection.
• Business and law firm leaders, partners, and associates looking to elevate executive presence, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
•.Executives who must influence boards, clients, shareholders, or large audiences.
• Politicians and public figures looking to strengthen their voice and presence as leaders.

Through interactive workshops, 1:1 coaching, and trial/project consulting, we help clients translate preparation into presence, and intention into impact.

If you or your firm are ready to develop world-class performance skills — and communicate with authority, confidence, and resonance — we invite you to connect and schedule an introductory conversation.
