Tim Gorbatuk

Manager of Technical Services at Voxware

Tim Gorbatuk has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Tim'sfirst job was as a PC Support/Server Support Tech at Princeton Radiology in 2003. Tim then moved on to a Helpdesk Administrator/Desktop Support role at Guest Supply in 2006. In 2010, they joined Sysco as a Remote Desktop Analyst/System Support Analyst. In 2013, they became a Subject Matter Expert/Systems Support Analyst 2 at Apex Systems. In 2014, they were hired by Infosys BPO as a Process Specialist. Later that same year, they joined Voxware, where they have held the roles of Customer Support Engineer, Sr. Technical Support Engineer, and Manager of Technical Services.

Tim Gorbatuk attended Middlesex College in 2008, where they studied Small Business Administration. Tim then attended The Chubb Institute in 2002, where they earned a degree in Network Administration & Engineering. In November 2019, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon.
