About the Organization:
Voyage Educare Foundation (VEF) is a mission-driven community of lifelong learners with a vision to seek justice for every child in all aspects of life. To this end, we empower key stakeholders in rural and urban communities to eliminate inequity for our children to help them reach their fullest potential. At Voyage Educare Foundation, we are convinced that education is a means of establishing justice and mercy in the world. Therefore we strive to ensure that our programs and services are accessible to all.
We are a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government Of India.

About Raabta - STP (our flagship program):
Raabta (Devanagari:राब्ता, Farsi:رابطہ (is an Urdu word of Arabic origin which means a connection, relation, contact. Raabta - School Transformation Program (STP) is a program that aims to uplift and transform schools collaboratively by building meaningful relationships between important stakeholders responsible for a child's holistic education. It is a process that involves a positive restructuring in all systems of the functioning of a school towards becoming a Lighthouse school.
The program's design brings together findings from national and international research into daily best practices for schools. The schools commit to a multi-year, systemic change process aligned with three Thematic Areas (TAs) and engage in practices that translate the themes into effective actions for sustained improvement. The ultimate goal is to improve outcomes for students, including levels of achievement and wellbeing.
