Jesús Ramírez has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Jesús started their career as a Site Engineer and Facilities Coordinator, where they planned, coordinated, and supervised building civil works and managed contractors. Jesús then worked as a Risk Engineer, identifying risks in insured companies and preparing inspection reports with recommendations. Afterwards, they served as a Technical Office Engineer, responsible for cost estimation engineering and preparing metrics and budgets for large-scale housing developments.
Jesús also worked as a Structural Engineer on freelance projects, calculating the structures of residential buildings. Jesús later joined the Instituto Nacional de Desarrollo Rural as a Supervisor Engineer, overseeing construction projects and valuation procedures with public entities. Jesús also worked as a Supervisor Engineer at the Instituto de la Vivienda, ensuring compliance with construction specifications for social housing.
In their later roles, Jesús worked at Citron C.A as a Site Engineer, managing the reconditioning of a health center's services area. Jesús then joined the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural as an Engineer Analyst, where they coordinated building maintenance and services for a bank's branches.
Most recently, Jesús worked at Rafael Salas y Cia as a Technical Office Manager, responsible for cost estimates, quantity surveys, and economic proposals for civil projects. Jesús also performed BIM modeling with Revit and Revit MEP. Currently, they are working at Voyansi as a BIM Manager, overseeing VDC projects, negotiating with clients, and handling administrative tasks.
Jesús Ramírez pursued their education in the field of civil engineering. Jesús obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (VE) in 2008. Following that, they went on to complete a Specialization in Structural Engineering from the same university, which lasted from 2008 to 2010. In 2018, Jesús enrolled in Universidad Isabel I and pursued a BIM Master applied to Civil Engineering, which they completed in 2020.

Additionally, Jesús completed a course titled "Dynamo 1.x Essential Training" from LinkedIn in 2020.
