Scott Schumann

Scott Schumann is a highly experienced professional in music theory and data science, currently serving as a Consultant II at Voyatek since February 2022 and as a Content Developer at Picardy since February 2016. Schumann has previously worked as a Data Scientist at Flatiron School and as an Assistant Professor at Central Michigan University, contributing to academia from August 2016 to May 2021. Additional roles include Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia and Assistant Visual Caption Head at Phantom Regiment. Scott Schumann earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Music Theory and a Master of Music in Music Theory from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Illinois Wesleyan University.
