Rick Hansen is a seasoned Customer Success Executive with over 15 years of experience in customer acquisition and retention. For the past 7 years, they have been instrumental in helping clients utilize the Canvas learning management system while leading a Global Support team and EMEA Customer Success initiatives. They previously served as VP of Customer Success at Weave HQ, where they achieved record-breaking logo retention and contributed to the company's IPO. Hansen also has significant experience in international markets, having established Customer Success teams across different regions during their tenure at Instructure. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA at the University of Utah and a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
