Andy Beach

Andy Beach is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in creating and leading risk and audit functions across various sectors, including publicly listed and privately owned companies. They served as the Director of Internal Audit at Somerfield from 2005 to 2007, where they successfully restructured departments and achieved significant cost savings. From 2010 to 2022, they were the Head of Audit & Risk Management at Greencore, overseeing an independent audit function and corporate governance processes for a company with a £1.6bn turnover. Currently, Andy works as the Interim Internal Controls Lead at Vp plc, collaborating with clients across multiple industries. They hold an MBA in Business Studies from The Open University.
