VPBank Securities was established according to the State Securities Commission’s Resolution 30/QD-UBCKNN  on December 12th, 2006, with initial chartered capital  of 50 billion VND. The foundation of VPBank Securities was part of VPBank’s strategy to expand its business into the field of investment banking, aiming to build VPBank Securities to become one of the most prominent investment banks in Vietnam
