Jade Gonçalves

Jade Gonçalves is a dedicated HR professional with experience in various roles within human resources, currently serving as an Analista de RH Jr at FI Group since January 2022. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits, remuneration processes, attendance control, managerial reporting, budget management, and corporate policy review. Previously, Jade held HR Assistant positions overseeing medial assistance, benefit procurement, recruitment, organizational policy development, and internal communication in both Brazil and North America. Jade began a career in HR as an HR/Benefits Apprentice at Aché Laboratórios Farmacêuticos, where key tasks involved managing employee benefits and maintaining accurate employee records. Jade holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, completed in 2021.
