Rafael Costa

Rafael Costa is an experienced professional in the fields of technology and business management, currently serving as the Director Hub Latam at FI Group since May 2012, where the focus is on expanding operations in Hispanic markets. Previous roles include Country Director Brazil and Technical Director at FI Group, along with key positions in operational management and consultant supervision. Rafael has extensive experience in systems analysis, having worked at Banco Rendimento and Itau Unibanco, where responsibilities included systems documentation and maintenance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Information Systems from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes. Rafael is also currently the Director at AC INOVA, beginning in January 2025.
