Xavier Millán

Xavier Millán is an accomplished Operations Manager at FI Group, overseeing the Europe Hub since November 2006, with a focus on developing the markets in Germany, Belgium, and Italy. Since 2018, Xavier has led the Barcelona operations department, managing a team of 150 and driving business objectives, billing, and EBITDA in a rapidly evolving environment. Prior managerial roles include overseeing a consultancy team and leading strategies for the "Patent Box" service, as well as mentoring junior consultants. Xavier also served as a specialist advisor in Patent Box at ACCIÓ from September 2017 to June 2023 and worked as a research technician at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, contributing to the CERN particle accelerator project. Academically, Xavier holds a Technical Engineering degree in Telecommunications from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Bachelor's degree in Market Research and Techniques from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
