The team is responsible for daily production activities, operational continuity, safety protocols, and optimizing performance to support our goal of a net-zero energy future.

With roles such as Graduate Project Engineers and Mechanical Technicians, the team works across thermal power generation, battery storage, and carbon capture initiatives. They use their diverse expertise to enhance the performance, control, and reliability of VPI's assets, while playing a crucial role in Humber Zero and other decarbonization efforts to achieve a sustainable and net-zero future.

The IT and Technology team at VPI is dedicated to supporting and optimizing the company's technical infrastructure to facilitate smooth and secure operations. The team includes roles such as the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, Chief Technology Officer, Interim CISO, and Head of IT, who collectively ensure robust cybersecurity measures, oversee technological advancements, and provide critical support services. This team plays a pivotal role in integrating new technologies and enhancing existing systems to drive VPI's mission of achieving net zero and evolving the power system.
