Ethan Burch

Ethan Burch is a skilled technical customer support manager currently working at VPL since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ethan held various positions at Northwoods, including Customer Support Specialist and Customer Support Associate, from April 2020 to October 2024. Ethan began a career in technology as a Student at Tech Elevator, where participation in a 14-week coding bootcamp focused on developing web-based software using Java and Object-Oriented Programming. Earlier experience includes freelance videography, leading customer service at Pepperidge Farm, and roles in e-commerce and video production. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production from Huntington University and a high school diploma from Bloomington High School North.
