David Roberts

David Roberts is the Director of Service Delivery at VPLS. David has been with the company since July 2021 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were the Global Manager of IT Infrastructure at Cambro Manufacturing where they managed global helpdesk and infrastructure teams. David has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in managing and developing IT systems. David is an expert in program and process management and has a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. David is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs. David is a team player who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.

David Roberts works with Behnam Ghasemiyeganeh - Network Engineer, Joshua Horiuchi - Infrastructure Engineer, and Vince Tran - Senior Infrastructure Engineer. David Roberts reports to Ed Buck, VP, Technology & Service Delivery.
