William Johnson

William Johnson is a Junior Network Engineer at VPLS. William previously worked as a Software Support Agent II at Tandem Diabetes Care from November 2018 to March 2021. In their previous role, they provided answers and troubleshooting support for Tandem's t:connect application (including our PC/Mac software data up-loader), HCP Portal, Odyssey, and other software products yet to be released in development and trial periods. William also assisted with departmental projects and customer escalations as necessary. William has a proven track record in providing excellent customer service and support.

William Johnson works with Tom Arakelian - Senior Systems Engineer, Behnam Ghasemiyeganeh - Network Engineer, and Aaron Artea - System Administrator. William Johnson reports to Ed Buck, VP, Technology & Service Delivery.
