Steve Humble has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve began their career at Leo Burnett in 1989 as a Producer and later joined Campbell/Ewald Advertising in 1994 as a VP Senior Producer. Steve then moved to FCB Chicago in 1995 as a Senior Producer. In 1999, they joined The Martin Agency and held various roles including VP Executive Producer, SVP Director of Broadcast Production, SVP Managing Director Production and Development, and ultimately served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2019. In 2002, they also worked as an Advisor at rewired production management. In 2018, they co-founded HUE+CRY, and in 2019, they became the Chief Content Officer at VPM and WCVE The community Idea Stations.

Steve Humble graduated from the University of Iowa in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. Steve attended the university from 1985 to 1989.
