Mr. Chan has been a certified public accountant with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (formerly known as the Hong Kong Society of Accountants) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of the United States of America with more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, and corporate operation and productivity enhancement, with the most recent assignment with a blue chip listed energy company. Mr. K S Chan obtained a bachelor of arts (Hons.) in accountancy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
