The Learning and Development team at VPS focuses on designing, managing, and deploying innovative and effective training solutions. Comprising roles such as Lead Learning Solutions Architect, Learning Systems Manager, and Senior Instructional Designer, the team collaborates to deliver diverse programs including in-person workshops, simulation-based training, and compliance modules. Their goal is to enhance workforce capabilities and ensure impactful, lasting learning experiences for clients.
