Scott Robins began their career in 1996 as an Operational Partner at RRB. LLC, where they managed some of Washington D.C.'s most successful restaurants and nightclubs. In 1999, they took on the role of Senior Account Executive at Regional Market Radio (Interep), where they developed and supported major advertising agencies purchases of small market radio station's air time and helped create the first on-line model for radio spot buying. In 2001, they became an Account Executive at Denver Solutions Group. In 2003, they were appointed Regional Sales Manager at JMT Consulting Group. In 2004, they took on the role of District Manager/Senior Client Exec - New England at Champion Solutions Group. In 2009, they founded Virtual Procurement Services (VPS), where they led a talented team to reduce and recover technology spends for customers. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chairman of the Board at The Group Savings Organization, where they are responsible for leading the organization from pilot mode to an official launch state.

Scott Robins attended Staples High School from an unknown start year until 1991, when they graduated. Scott then attended American University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
