Robb Beeston started their work experience in 2004 at Sulake, a game developer based in Helsinki. Robb held various roles at Sulake, including Community Manager, Community Operations Manager, and User Experience Manager in the Asia Pacific region. In 2007, they joined Network Ten as a Product Manager before moving to The Walt Disney Company - Disney Interactive Media Group in 2008. At Disney, they held positions such as Head of Club Penguin and Head of Disney Interactive Worlds in the Asia Pacific region. In 2013, they joined Beamly as the Managing Director in Australia and later became the company's Managing Director. Robb then worked as the General Manager at Babyology in 2016 before joining freelance work as a Management Consultant in 2017, where they provided consulting services to early-stage media and technology ventures. In 2017, they also became the Chief Operating Officer at theright.fit and held the position until 2019. In 2019, they founded VR Realms, and most recently, in 2023, they became the Chief Operating Officer at theright.fit once again.
Robb Beeston pursued higher education at the University of Technology Sydney, where they completed a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship in an unspecified year. Subsequently, from 2020 to 2022, Robb enrolled in the university's Executive MBA program, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
