Tamara Holmes has a diverse work experience in the customer service and voter services field. Tamara started their career in 2006 at VR Systems, Inc., where they held roles such as Software Customer Support & Trainer and Customer Service Support Manager. In these roles, they provided quality customer service and trained staff. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Voter Focus Team Leader at VR Systems, managing a team and implementing various programs. In 2018, Tamara joined the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Office as the Director of Voter Services. These roles demonstrate their expertise in customer service, team management, and voter services.

Tamara Holmes attended Florida State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on the general field of study.
