Jill Hermann

Jill Hermann holds a Master of Science in Adult Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at VRC Engineered Solutions since September 2021, Jill oversees HR and EHS functions across all divisions while leading a team dedicated to these areas. As President and Principal Consultant at Blue Box since August 2016, Jill provides independent consulting services in HR, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. Previous roles include Executive Director of Health, Safety and Human Services at Steel Craft Corp of Hartford, Director of HR & Labor Relations at Perlick Corporation, and SR HR Manager-BU Regional at GKN Automotive. With extensive experience in strategic HR functions, talent development, and employee engagement, Jill has also held significant positions at Federal-Mogul Powertrain and Prolog Services.
