Mark Smith

Mark has more than 30 years of senior financial experience within public, private and private equity firms both domestic and foreign. His experience includes manufacturing, repair, and maintenance companies, as well as long-term contracts with public and governmental entities.

He was based overseas for 10 years in the Middle East, North Africa, China, and Hong Kong.

Mark has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional.
