German Ortiz

German Ortiz holds extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain at VRC Technologies since May 2017. Previously, Ortiz worked at Oxiteno as a Planning and Logistics Manager, where responsibilities included implementing MRP and TMS software and designing the logistics distribution network for key locations in the US. Ortiz also held positions as Planning Manager at Sempre Avant LLC, enhancing planning processes and inventory management across multiple companies, and as Materials Management and Master Scheduler at Packaging Service Co., Inc., where significant inventory reductions were achieved. Early career experience includes project management and civil engineering roles for Alcaldia de Bucaramanga & CDMB. Ortiz is certified in supply chain management by APICS and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
