Tink Labs is a technology incubator based in Hong Kong that is backed by $160m investment, mainly from Foxconn. They are responsible for the world’s first free mobile solution for travellers, "handy", which combines the functionality of a personal smartphone, hotel in-room services, city guides and more, into one fully integrated smartphone system.

At Tink Labs, ? was responsible for leadership and business development. They set up the business in 20 countries in Central, Eastern and South Europe and built a team of 30 hospitality professionals, including General Managers, Sales Directors, Sales and Account Managers. They also built a pipeline of 3,000 partners in 23 countries in 6 months with 20% conversion. In addition, ? led global go-to-market strategy to scale up sales and operations from 7 countries to 70 in 1 year as well as global ramp-up strategy and headcount planning for Sales, Account Management and Operations. Lastly, they managed logistics and deployment across the region, representing 25% of global deployment volume, and led global operational audit to set up the hubs and delivery across the globe.
