Walter Flapper

Walter Flapper is a seasoned artist manager who worked with Noisia from 2006 until 2022, guiding them to become globally recognized electronic artists and collaborating with renowned acts like Skrillex and deadmau5. In addition to their management career, Walter co-owned VISION Recordings and served on the Economic Talent Board, offering economic advice to the city of Groningen. Currently, Walter is the Programmaleider at VRIJDAG, coordinating Open Studio programs that engage youth in arts and culture. Following a sabbatical to care for a newborn daughter, Walter is exploring new professional opportunities within the Groningen community.
