Waheed Nawaz

Waheed Nawaz has worked in various roles in the IT and finance industries since 2013. Waheed started as an Assistant Accountant at Rehan Trading Company in 2013, then moved to Mobilink as a Customer Care Representative in 2016. In the same year, they joined MCB Bank Limited as a Unified Communications Engineer (IT Enterprise Infrastructure) and an Application Support Administrator MCB-ITG. In 2018, they were a Management Information System Officer (SQA) at Rahnuma FPAP. In 2021, they became a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at eL33Tech. Currently, they are a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Vroozi.

Waheed Nawaz has a Master in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Management and Technology - UMT, obtained between 2014 and 2016, with a focus on Software Quality Assurance as well as development. Waheed also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com in Information & Technology) from Hajvery University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from MCB Bank Limited, including Operational Risk Management (2017), Conflict Management (2017), Interpersonal Communication Skills (2017), MS Excel for Professional (2017), HR Policies & Processes (2017), and IT Security PCI-DSS Awareness (2017). Waheed has also obtained certifications from Vroozi, including Handling Sensitive Information Securely, Mobile Device Security, and Social Media: Staying Secure in a Connected World.
