Cornel Simons

Cornel Simons is a results-oriented Product Owner and Agile Coordinator with extensive experience in project and change management spanning over 15 years, particularly in the IT sector within healthcare, customs, and facilities. Currently, Cornel serves as a Project Manager at Privatum and as a Product Owner/Agile Coordinator at VRT. Previously, Cornel held various leadership roles at companies like nControl Belgium and CZ, where they were responsible for developing strategies and implementing Agile methodologies. Cornel's direct communication style and ability to work within complex environments have been critical to their success in coaching and mentoring project managers and consultants.
