Frank Bostyn

Frank Bostyn is an accomplished academic and consultant with extensive experience in management and policy advisory roles. They served as Dean at several institutions, including EBS Paris and the United Arab Emirates University, and were the Founding Dean of NEOMA Business School from 2013 to 2017. Bostyn has held positions such as Consultant/Policy Advisor at AGRER and Team Leader for the European Commission's agricultural policy project in Kiev. They are currently a Professor em. of Management at the University of Antwerp and a Government Commissioner for VRT as of 2025. Bostyn earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Ghent University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
