Mike V. is currently a Product Owner and Team Lead at VRT, where they focus on delivering quality products with an enthusiastic development team. They have previously worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, managing significant projects in healthcare and product ownership within the Mutualité chrétienne organization. Mike's early career included roles as a Front Office Employee and Head of Department at CM Leuven, where they advised and guided members on health insurance matters. They hold a Master’s degree in Sociology from KU Leuven and have also completed a Graduate Teacher training program for Secondary Education.
