Sandy Claes is a design researcher and media artist with extensive experience in interactive media and data storytelling. Currently, Sandy serves as a co-founder of Citizen Dialog Kit and works as a lead design researcher at VRT, where they engage in user research for innovative projects. Previously, Sandy held roles as a lecturer and design researcher at MAD faculty, and as a PhD researcher at KU Leuven, focusing on citizen engagement with urban environments.
