Victor Desmet

Victor Desmet is currently a Policy Officer at VRT, focusing on public value and organizational talent. They have held various positions, including a role at the Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds and serving as the Vice President and Training Coordinator for Communication Sciences at Gent University. In addition to their professional experience, Victor has been a language animator and lead animator with Roeland vzw since 2018, facilitating language camps and creative workshops. They hold a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and are pursuing another Master’s in Gender and Diversity, both with Magna Cum Laude honors from Ghent University.
