Chris Harlin is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in bridge design and engineering within the Oklahoma Department of Transportation from January 2007 to January 2015, transitioning from a Bridge Designer to a Bridge Engineer and then to Resident Engineer. Following a role as Area Maintenance Engineer, Chris took on the position of District Engineer at Standard Testing & Engineering LLC before becoming a Construction Engineer at VRX, Inc. in December 2023. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 2001 and 2006.
